1. Gold Tick Services Ltd (GTS) conducts all business IN WRITING – no exceptions.
2. All prices quoted are NZD
3. Prices are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of quotation.
4. GTS commences work upon receipt of written confirmation to proceed (e-mail, paper or fax) and the agreed deposit.
5. Interest will accrue on overdue accounts from the due date until paid at a rate of 2.5% per month, and collection costs are payable if incurred in collecting overdue monies.
6. GTS does not give refunds.
7. Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, website publication dates are always ESTIMATED dates.
8. GTS includes a Web Developer link on the bottom of every web page.
9. All GTS services may be used for lawful purposes only.
10. Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any GTS website or server.
11. Objectionable material is prohibited on any GTS website. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material or material protected by trademark and material judged to be abusive, threatening, malicious, slanderous or obscene.
12. Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a GTS server or an email address that is maintained on a GTS server is prohibited.
13. GTS will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the GTS Terms & Conditions.
14. A client may cancel any service provided by GTS at any time WITHOUT PENALTY subject to all monies owing to GTS being paid in full
15. GTS may cancel or suspend any service provided, in the event of delinquent accounts, or upon the expiry of any pre-paid term or upon any other breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of any service suspension, reinstatement charges of $90.00 will apply.
16. GTS refers to Gold Tick Services Ltd (A NZ registered company)
17. The customer agrees that GTS may delete all data, files or other information that is stored on the customer’s behalf, if either the customer or GTS terminates the customer’s account.
18. While every care is taken with the security of client website data, and regular backups are undertaken on behalf of clients, the final responsibility for the retaining of up-to-date data backups remains entirely with the client
19. The customer agrees to indemnify GTS from all or any claims in which consequential damage may have occurred to a third party as a result of the customer’s use of GTS services and for any breach of intellectual property, trade mark, copyright or other liability incurred in obtaining or managing requested Domain name(s).
20. The customer accepts that the use of a Domain Name, is subject to the Terms & Conditions of the appropriate TLD Registry & Registrars, and by using a domain name agrees to the appropriate Terms & Conditions of the TLD Registry.
